Here at Masters Catering, our goal is to work with our customers to create customized menus for each
event. We understand that every event is unique; therefore we are dedicated to creating the perfect
menu to fit your occasion.

If you're the laid back type who wants nothing more than a great Alaskan barbeque at an outdoor
remote location, we're just the caterers for you! We are equipped with a 9' trailer grill with deep
fryer capabilities, so having Cheeseburgers and fresh Beer Battered Halibut in Hope is not out of the
question.

If you prefer to keep the mosquitoes off the guest list and stay out of the cold, we can cater your
indoor event as well. If it's an informal business lunch, we can arrive at your office with fresh
made deli platters. If it's a grand affair, then we can set up our 18' buffet line with servers,
creating the fine dining atmosphere you desire.

Meet the Chef
Masters Catering is owned and operated by Wes Masters in Anchorage, Alaska.

fter working in various restaurants in the Anchorage area, Wes came to realize his calling was in
the Culinary Arts field.

Wes is a proud graduate of the University of Alaska, Anchorage Culinary Arts program. While
attending the program, Wes traveled to Calabria, Italy and studied under top chefs in the region.

In his spare time between school and restaurant work, Wes began his catering career cooking for
friends and family. He catered weddings, fundraisers, barbecues and many other events. Wes always
felt a sense of pride and accomplishment upon seeing people enjoying his cuisine.

He discovered his niche and is now dedicated as a full time caterer.
